Our experience with Kim was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We were relocating from out of state during Covid lockdowns with two small children. She took the time to figure out who we were and what we wanted so she could zero in on the right property for us. We have purchased multiple properties in 4 different states and unlike most brokers we've worked with she never tried to upsell us into more than what we were asking for. Kim always had our best interest in mind and was never concerned with closing something quick for us. She actually talked us out of two different properties we were interested in and encouraged us to be patient and wait for the right opportunity. Kim is hands down the best broker we've ever had the opportunity to work with.
